Pricing

Clear prices where scope is predictable, custom quotes where it is not.

Some work can be priced transparently because the deliverables are well defined. Other work needs a conversation first because the right scope depends on your market, systems, and goals.

Overview

How Pricing Works

We make the buying decision easier without pretending every business needs the same package.

Published Pricing

Predictable deliverables get clear starting prices.

Brochure websites, service pages, and Google Ads management are predictable in scope and have pricing rules you can evaluate before a call.

Discovery Pricing

Variable work needs a real conversation first.

Local SEO, custom web apps, landing-page systems, and automations can depend on service area, market, systems, integrations, and ongoing support needs.

Ongoing Costs

Recurring fees stay tied to actual maintenance needs.

Our tooling is open-source and infrastructure is self-owned, keeping costs lower than average. Monthly fees are a fair amount designed to cover code maintenance, security, reporting, and hosting.

Website Design

Websites

A strong base site gives the business a credible, fast, searchable foundation without piling on unnecessary pages.

  • Transparent price
  • Dedicated service pages: +$200 each
  • Scoped add-ons

Price

$2,000 base

+$150/mo base retainer

Includes an SEO-optimized brochure site with home, about, contact, contact form, and standard legal compliance pages.

Service Focus

Publish a beautiful, fast, and easy-to-use website that actually converts visitors and makes your brand stand out among the competition.

  • Coded by hand - fully custom website tailored to your brand
  • Highly scalable – as simple or complex as you need
  • Simple modern design – pages are clean, easy-to-navigate, and optimize for mobile devices

Pricing Highlights

  • $200 per dedicated service page
  • Service pages help each searchable offer earn its own SEO relevance instead of hiding every offer on one generic page.
  • Additional pages, galleries, and custom landing pages are priced after discovery because scope can vary widely.
  • Fully custom web apps, internal dashboards, and complex interactive tools require a discovery call for the same reason.

Scope Notes

  • Best fit: brochure sites, small business sites, service business websites, and conversion-focused rebuilds.
  • Discovery needed when the site includes unusual layouts, large content libraries, account features, dashboards, or custom business logic.

Local Search

Local SEO

Local visibility work needs to account for the real competitive landscape before pricing makes sense.

  • Scoped after discovery
  • Pricing depends on market, service area, competition, and current local presence

Price

Variable*

Range: $300 - $2000+/mo

Local SEO depends on your market, service area, existing rankings, business listings, review profile, and local competition.

Service Focus

Appear professional online and dominate local rankings for your business' particular niche.

  • Optimized Google Business Profile
  • Links from authoritative sources
  • Up-to-date listings in all major business directories

Pricing Highlights

  • Optimized Google Business Profile
  • Help automating organic review generation without fake reviews or bots because Google is smarter than the average scammer
  • Links from authoritative local sources
  • Up-to-date listings in major and relevant business directories
  • Clean monthly reporting on local results position

Scope Notes

  • Best fit: local service businesses that need stronger visibility for nearby customers who are ready to choose.
  • Discovery needed because a single-location business in a light market and a multi-service business in a competitive market are not the same scope.

Efficient & Scalable

Automations

The right automation plan starts with how work actually moves through your business today.

  • Scoped after discovery
  • Monthly retainers cover maintenance, security, and hosting when needed

Price

Variable*

+Minimal monthly retainer

Automation scope can vary wildly depending on your CRM, forms, third-party tools, data flow, and hosting needs.

Service Focus

Build custom business workflows and automate repetitive tasks so you can focus on what's important.

  • Streamline business operations
  • Eliminate repetitive, boring work
  • Focus on what truly matters

Pricing Highlights

  • CRM setup, enhancement, and integration with third-party tools
  • Lead routing, internal notifications, reminders, and follow-up flows
  • Small monthly retainers for maintenance, security, and hosting costs when automations run on my own infrastructure

Scope Notes

  • Best fit: teams losing time to manual lead handling, duplicated admin work, or inconsistent follow-up.
  • Discovery needed because integrations, permissions, edge cases, and ongoing support requirements change the build significantly.

FAQ

Questions?

This is a good place to start.

Do I really need a website even though my business is just starting out? Isn't social media enough?

Although social media is easy to use and mostly free, it is not a suitable replacement for a dedicated website. On sites like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, you are beholden to their algorithms and lack customization options to make the space truly represent your brand. Additionally, unless you are in the e-commerce or content-creation space, you will rarely find someone who is actively seeking your products/services. With a custom whitelabel website, however, you can get in front of potential buyers when they're most likely to buy: searching the web for [service] in [area]. As a bonus, you get to serve them a beautiful and polished first impression that builds trust in your brand and actually converts. When we build you a website, you receive a durable digital asset that works on your behalf, not at your expense. Claim your corner of the internet with pride.

Do you make e-commerce websites?

As of now, e-commerce websites are beyond our scope. In cases where you are processing payments, handling shopping carts, and maintaining rich product databases, you are better off using a service like Shopify, Squarespace, Stripe or hiring a dedicated team of in-house developers. It is simply too much liability for a small company to take on.

What does "open source" mean and why do you use it?

Open source just means that the general public can view and reuse a software's code. Many developers contribute to open-source projects for fun, to build tools for themselves, or simply to gain experience. Additionally, many for-profit companies release "community" versions of their software to reduce development overhead while a small in-house team maintains a "premium" version of their software with enterprise features, managed hosting, and other niceties for non-technical users. In my case, I host and manage a stack of mostly open-source software to handle database design, website hosting / deployment, automation pipelines, API testing, customer relations management, document e-signatures, email building, and content management. This keeps my overhead low, allows me to undercut my competitors, and keeps your data safe and secure from malicious actors. That said, when it comes to handling sensitive data like accounting or payment details, rest assured I let paid 3rd-party services take on that liability.

What if I am not satisfied with the website/automation you built? Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds; however, when you sign a contract with us, you are entitled to three refinement passes after each product is delivered (website, automation, etc.). To avoid dissatisfaction post-delivery, we customarily check in at various stages of development to ensure we remain aligned on the final vision. In the event you would like to abandon a project mid-development, we will only charge you for the time spent working on it and other incurred costs.

Is this just another AI digital marketing startup delivering buzz words and slop?

No, absolutely not. Although we employ AI models in a limited capacity (primarily for speeding up repetitive internal processes, code reviews, data analysis, idea generation, etc.) the backbone of our work is good old-fashioned deterministic code and hand-written copy. The truth is, while AI models are amazing tools, they are generally inefficient for most automation tasks and lack originality when it comes to creative work. For a website to be truly market-aligned, it should have a unique design and present a coherent, targeted message throughout. For automations, AI models are slow, brittle, tend to produce inconsistent output, and scale horribly. Deterministic code is ultra-fast, reliable, cost-effective, scales how you want it to, and only breaks when you touch it. You be the judge.
